Pray fully you will sit back in your chair and "see" how or why a blind person truly appreciates art and all of its variant forms. A fully sighted person sees with their eyes, while a blind person sees with their brain. The brain is not clouded in a blind person with pre conceptions, rather will savor the totality of the written word...hence a long file description, alt tag or voice enabled web sites allow us to truly appreciate your creation and not be written off as unimportant.
Because that is what a web author says to us, either by design or fault by not allowing us to enjoy the genius of their works.
Now we...together...have an opportunity to clarify, expand and further understanding where it will become fixed in the mind of web designers that nothing less than complete accessibility for everyone is not just a dream, but a reality.
Each day, many of us have diminished abilities to use the web, each day AP designers are moving further and further from universality. Let us together bring understanding and acceptance of standards which benefit all of us.
